The white summer radish tastes mellow rather than spicy and is therefore eminently suitable for preparing a salad. The beer vinegar- grape seed oil dressing is a super match to it, transforming this mundane vegetable into a royal dish.
Peel the radishes thinly, slice them and then cut them in thin strips.
Put the vinegar in a closeable jar, add a pinch of salt, allowing time for the salt crystals to get melted Add the oils, the freshly ground pepper and the finely snipped chives. Close the jar and shake its content thoroughly.
Pour the dressing on the radish strips and toss them together thoroughly. To serve, sprinkle your salad with sesame seeds.
