Here is a great version of the Greek tzatziki salad, where the cucumber is replaced by radish. Besides the mint seasoning, this radish tzatziki recipe makes good use of milk thistle oil and raspberry vinegar, to further intensify the flavor experience.
Wash the radishes and grate them, with their skin on. Salt it, and then give it some time to let go of its juice. After about 10 minutes, squeeze out the juice.
Blend the Greek yoghurt together with the feta cheese, the salt, the pepper, the garlic, the mint, the oil and the vinegar.
Toss the sauce together with the radish, and chill it in a fridge.
