Wash the arugula, peel the kiwis and the bananas, pour on them the orange juice in a blender. Add the oils and the vinegar and then the ice cubes. You can control the consistency of the smoothie with the quantity of the orange juice. Blend the ingredients well so as to get a nice, silky consistency.
