If it is summer, then it is watermelon in all quantities. In order to avoid getting bored with it, here is a gourmet watermelon recipe, made truly memorable by the grapeseed oil dressing.
Remove the pits of the watermelon and cut it into cubes.
Cut the purple onion into thin slices.
Slice the olives into rings.
Cut the feta cheese into pieces.
Place the raspberry vinegar in a closeable glass jar and add a pinch of salt, wait until the salt dissolves. Add the oils and the freshly ground pepper. Close the jar and shake its content thoroughly.
Place the melon together with the onion and the olives in a mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly with the dressing. Serve with feta cheese.
