To retain the valuable substances as far as possible it is recommended to use milk thistle oil for gentle simmering and braising. When it is dripped over raw or steamed vegetables or used for enhancing soups or salad dressings, milk thistle oil releases its full flavor which is slightly reminiscent of grass.

Storage
