The immense variety of Pödör vinegars and cold pressed oils makes for an immense variety of recipes. This salad dressing prepared with blackberry vinegar and hempseed oil is an excellent match to an asparagus-strawberry spring salad.
Pour the blackberry vinegar (or raspberry vinegar) into a jar with a closeable lid. Salt and pepper it.
Add the hemp seed oil and the chia oil.
Add the powdered sugar and the apple balsamico mustard. Close the jar and shake the dressing thoroughly.
