The rich fragrance of cherries evokes the fullness of the summer. The 100% natural cherry balsamic vinegar of Pödör is made exclusively from fresh, premium quality, organic cherries. This exquisite, dark red balsamic vinegar is distinguished by its intense, long lasting cherry flavor and its magnificent aroma.

Our cherry balsamic vinegar is especially well suited to leafy salads like rucola or bird salad. It is an excellent ingredient to flavor dark sauces and game dishes as well as to marinate various meats or to accompany red cabbage.

Storage

The vinegar should be stored in a place protected from light, sealed hermetically. Under these conditions it has a virtually indefinite shelf life.

The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is natural, not a sign of poor quality.

On hot summer days, try putting a little cherry balsamic vinegar into your plain mineral water, too. To quench your thirst, just mix a tablespoonful of cherry balsamic vinegar with 4-5 dl water.
